Sven Seipp
Sven Seipp has more than 25 years of experience in project development and urban planning. In senior positions at DIC, GEG, Pecan Development, and Groß & Partner, he has shaped key Frankfurt landmark projects such as MainTor, Marienturm, and FOUR, thereby significantly influencing Frankfurt’s urban landscape.
Thanks to his strong network in Frankfurt and beyond, he combines in-depth market knowledge with strategic insight. Today, he contributes this expertise as Managing Director and shareholder of Mykorrhiza Real Estate.

Benedict Neuwirth
Benedict Neuwirth studied civil engineering with a focus on project management and began his career in project development and control. He was responsible for managing complex high-rise and urban district projects in Frankfurt and other major German cities.
His focus lies on project management, cost control, and strategic planning. As Managing Director and shareholder of Mykorrhiza Real Estate, he combines technical expertise with strong commercial insight.

Julian Keetman
Julian Keetman is an architect and project developer with a focus on investment management. After positions at Mäcker Architekten, omniCon, GEG, and DIC, he was responsible at PGIM Real Estate for the development and repositioning of large-scale projects across Germany’s top five markets.
His strength lies in combining technical planning and project experience with a clear investment focus. Today, he contributes this added value as Managing Director and shareholder of Mykorrhiza Real Estate.

Jonathan Biran
Jonathan Biran began his career in the real estate industry at project development companies such as Bauwerk Development in Munich and Cube Real Estate in Frankfurt, with a focus on residential and office properties.
As the first employee of Mykorrhiza Real Estate, he joined the company from the very beginning in project management and has since played a key role in supporting project execution as well as the continued development of the company’s business development activities.
