In senior positions at DIC, GEG, Pecan Development, and Groß & Partner, he has shaped key Frankfurt landmark projects such as MainTor, Marienturm, and FOUR, thereby significantly influencing Frankfurt’s urban landscape.

Benedict Neuwirth studied civil engineering with a focus on project management and began his career in project development and control. He was responsible for managing complex high-rise and urban district projects in Frankfurt and other major German cities.

His focus lies on project management, cost control, and strategic planning. As Managing Director and shareholder of Mykorrhiza Real Estate, he combines technical expertise with strong commercial insight.

Julian Keetman

Julian Keetman is an architect and project developer with a focus on investment management. After positions at Mäcker Architekten, omniCon, GEG, and DIC, he was responsible at PGIM Real Estate for the development and repositioning of large-scale projects across Germany’s top five markets.

His strength lies in combining technical planning and project experience with a clear investment focus. Today, he contributes this added value as Managing Director and shareholder of Mykorrhiza Real Estate.

Jonathan Biran

Jonathan Biran began his career in the real estate industry at project development companies such as Bauwerk Development in Munich and Cube Real Estate in Frankfurt, with a focus on residential and office properties.

As the first employee of Mykorrhiza Real Estate, he joined the company from the very beginning in project management and has since played a key role in supporting project execution as well as the continued development of the company’s business development activities.

Theresa Kling

Theresa Kling bringt mehrjährige Erfahrung im Investment- und Asset-Management mit und hat sich dabei auf Dealsourcing, Transaktionen und die Steuerung gemischt genutzter Gewerbeimmobilien spezialisiert. Seit Juli 2026 verstärkt sie als Investment & Development Managerin das Team von Mykorrhiza Real Estate.

Ganz im Sinne unserer Philosophie engagiert sie sich zusätzlich als Standortleitung Frankfurt und Mitglied des Management Boards im Branchennetzwerk FORE – Future of Real Estate für den aktiven Branchenaustausch. So verbindet sie genau das, was eine erfolgreiche Akquise braucht: fundiertes Fachwissen und einen kurzen Draht zu den relevanten Köpfen am Markt.

Paul Pufe

Paul Pufe unterstützt seit April 2026 die Projektentwicklung bei Mykorrhiza Real Estate. Seine Erfahrung reicht von Transaktions- und Machbarkeitsanalysen über die Steuerung von Bauprojekten bis zur Digitalisierung von Prozessen im Immobilienmanagement. Ergänzend bringt er aus eigenen Beratungs- und Investmentaktivitäten praktische Erfahrung in Akquise sowie der Entwicklung und Steuerung von Immobilienprojekten ein.

In seiner Arbeit verbindet er kreative Projektideen mit wirtschaftlicher Klarheit und datenbasierter Analyse. Sein Anspruch ist es, unterschiedliche Interessen, Kompetenzen und Perspektiven zusammenzuführen, damit aus komplexen Herausforderungen tragfähige Konzepte und langfristig werthaltige Projekte entstehen.
